BY PAYING THE INVOICE CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING

ICE TRADE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment - Ice Trade will provide the PREMIUM ICE PRODUCT(s) outlined in the invoice for the described PURPOSE or event(s). Clients that have been accepted into our "trusted vendor program" are on a NET 30 pay cycle. For all other clients, payment is required to be paid in full at least 14 days (2WP) to the event. For Ice trade to accept your order request, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid towards your invoice. Please understand that invoices not paid within the due date will have any discounts removed and are subject to a 5% fee compounding monthly on the updated invoice total. We prefer all clients pay by check. please mail checks payable to THE ICE TRADE - 212 W Woodlawn Rd #B, Charlotte, NC 28217, United States. Invoices paid by card are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Change Orders - ICE TRADE IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO FULFIL DESCRIBED JOB OUTLINE ON ORIGINAL INVOICE, IF CLIENT REQUESTS ADDITIONAL WORK OR LOGISTICS OUTSIDE OF THIS INVOICE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK and/OR PRODUCTS REQUESTED VIA A SEPARATE INVOICE. AS ADVISED BY OUR LEGAL TEAM - ICE TRADE WILL NOT SIGN ADDITIONAL CONTRACTS OR TERMS OUTSIDE OF OUR OWN ASIDE FROM BASIC NDA REQUESTS.

Other Fees - The delivery is included for a minimum order of one block within a 50-mile driving radius of our CHARLOTTE, NC studio location. Orders that are outside of our normal driving radius will be subject to a $3 per mile (charged one way) delivery fee to cover the extra travel expense. Orders that are not placed at least 14 days prior to the event are subject to a $100 rush fee per ice block used. Optional add-on equipment for orders less than 1 block is as follows, drain gear - $30, lighting - $20 per puck.  Clients requesting to be added to our C.O.I. as additionally insured will have a $50 surcharge added to their invoice. Clients picking up sculptures/luges from our outdoor freezer must make sure they receive their materials before they leave our studio location we will not refund items that are left behind. Please check your invoice to ensure correctness. Color can be added to some logos but not all; the first two colors are included in the one block sculpture pricing. there is a $50 fee per block of ice used for this additional colors, if requested. CAD drafts can be created upon request for a non-refundable $100 fee; revisions are $50 each; this does not include the deposit amount. There is no cost for a quick hand sketch if requested. Small changes may be made between design and production phases to increase stability and/or functionality.

Liability and Strike - Our C.O.I. is available upon request. Client shall provide ICE TRADE with a level, stable and safe surface to present the display. ICE TRADE will not be held responsible for faulty sculpture support (tables, bars, stands, etc.) or the result of guests bumping into the display during the event. Sculpture(s) should be in place at least 30 minutes prior to event start time.  Client accepts liability associated to drain gear water levels and must ensure it is checked and emptied if/when necessary; client also accepts that some displays may have slight splash, drip or minor leaking depending on location and size. The client is responsible for strike and disposal of sculpture/s unless discussed otherwise. If the client requests Ice TRADE for strike and disposal, the fee is $250 for the first block of ice used and $125 for each additional block. For displays over 5 blocks Ice TRADE may include strike and disposal service at no additional cost, but only if requested & at Ice trade’s discretion. Ice TRADE reserves the right to strike sculptures at any time we feel public safety becomes questionable due to inclement weather or any other circumstance leading to the loss of the displays' structural integrity.

Cancellations - We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation may be necessary; including but not limited to inclement weather, sickness and logistical issues. If you do have to cancel your event or move the date, ICE TRADE will do its best to accommodate the delivery of your sculpture. Please understand that in some cases we may be booked up for a future date. In some special scenarios Ice trade may accept a $250 per block cancellation fee rather than the invoice total amount; but only at TRADE's Discretion.

3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your order or delivery status.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Ice Trade in the following ways:
Verbally, during a conversation
By submitting an online form
By filling out a paper form

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
